Shipping policy
Due to the handmade nature of all our items, all orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email with your tracking details.
Duties & Taxes — Prepaid
All applicable duties and taxes are calculated and prepaid at checkout, so there are no surprise charges upon delivery. We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for a smooth, seamless experience.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. We ship via express international courier to the following destinations:

- United States — duties and taxes are calculated and prepaid at checkout via our international duties service
Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Domestic Australian orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days (Standard) or 1–3 business days (Express). International orders are typically delivered within 5–12 business days via express courier, depending on location.
Tracking
You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided in your shipping notification email.
Liability
La Forma Es does not accept liability for lost, missing, or delayed items once dispatched to the address on your order. Should an order go missing, please notify us and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. La Forma Es does not offer refunds for damaged, lost, or stolen parcels during transit.
