Refund policy

We are certain that you will love your LA FORMA ES items, if you have any concerns about the item you have received please contact us via e-mail at contact@laformaes.com. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent during non-office hours will be handled on our next business day.

Our refunds policy is as follows

Change of mind

If you change your mind and wish to return your item please email us at contact@laformaes.com within 14 days of placing your order stating your name, order number and contact details. You may choose to be refunded or issued with store credit or exchange for another item. We will not accept returns without having issued a returns authorisation number. Items on sale cannot be refunded, exchanges will be reviewed on a case by case basis if product availability allows.

Custom and bespoke items cannot be refunded.

Only when we have received your item and approved the return will you be refunded or be given store credit. Shipping costs are to be covered by you the customer.

Wrong size

If an item does not fit due to sizing problems, please email us at contact@laformaes.com as soon as possible stating your name, order number and contact details. We will be in touch arrange for the correct size item exchanged. All return shipping costs are to be covered by you the customer prior to the new item being shipped.

Faulty workmanship/Damaged items

At LA FORMA ES we are proud of our workmanship. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item please email us immediately at contact@laformaes.com. Please specify your name, order number and contact details along with photos and written description of the fault. Shipping costs due to faulty workmanship will be covered by LA FORMA ES

Shipping return items

For all items being returned we recommend that they are packaged safe and secure against damage in transit and that they are sent using a service which offers insurance. Items that are damaged or lost while being returned cannot be refunded or be given store credit.

Shipping instructions and address will be provided once a return has been approved

Conditions for return

  • All items being returned or exchanged must be in original conditional, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with its original packaging and tags. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered in any way.
  • Items  on sale or discounted will be refunded in the form of store credit
  • Shipping fees, duties and other taxes are non refundable on returns and exchanges
  • If the item being returned was purchased during a promotion, i.e., free shipping, the value of the promotion will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
